Owner/Principal Planner

Owner and Principal Planner, Kristyn Kerkorian, has over a decade of industry experience and extensive knowledge facilitating both social and corporate events. She serves as a liaison in negotiating, coordinating and executing every detail of your celebration. Through innumerable hours working in the field and attending various industry events, conferences and seminars, Kristyn partners with only the most reputable vendors in New England.

Professional Experience

As a graduate of Boston University School of Hospitality (Class of 2004), I have studied every aspect of event planning—from accounting to food & beverage management to contractual law. I have worked at some of the finest venues from Palm Beach, Florida to Boston, Massachusetts. 

At the Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach, I internalized their credo, “We are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.” When it comes to creating exceptional events, I learned that no is never an acceptable answer: there is always a way.

When I returned to Boston, I took a position as Social Catering Manager at The Colonnade Hotel, a boutique property nestled in the heart of Back Bay. It was here that I learned the art of creating over a hundred different unique experiences in one ballroom. To do this, I spent countless hours listening, understanding couples’ visions and working closely with Executive Chef Nicholas Calias to deliver one-of-a-kind experiences. It became clear that authenticity had become one of my greatest strengths.

My most current experience was at the Cadillac of unique venues—Fenway Park. For over three years, I planned all weddings at this iconic landmark. Magic is an understatement. The energy of America’s most beloved ballpark ignited passion for creativity and seasoned me in a wide scope of events.  I owe my versatility as an event planner to the Boston Red Sox.
